Drop and Collect Services

For maximum convenience, drop your skates after your session at Cambridge Ice Arena, then collect them before your next session. The skates never leave site, so you can collect them any time*.

Order at the Arena

For any of the following services, find a member of staff (skate hire if it's open, or reception) and ask to drop your skates for Rich@theRink. They'll have you fill out a form, including your details including what service you require, and if sharpening, what depth.

Services are only completed once payment is received. You can either wait for a text message containing a link, or click here to pay. Provided you use the same mobile number on payment as entered on the booking form, we'll get them sharpened straight away.

When Dropping your Skates...

To help us, please ensure:

You have not tied the boots together with the laces
If leaving the skates with guards on, please ensure both are dry (do not put guards on just after skating).
If you booked online, present your tag code sent to you via text

* All skates are kept and worked on at Cambridge Ice Arena. You will receive a message to confirm when your skates have been completed. You may take your skates back before the work has started free of charge, and drop them back without losing your place in the queue.
