(Login) Account: The login details used to access this web site

User: Details of an individual person

In order to create an Account on the web site, you must be:

• 18 years of age, or older
• Between 13 and 17 years of age inclusive, and have permissions from your parent/guardian

If you are under 13 years of age you must not create a login account.

At least one user must be registered under the account

You may register multiple users under a single account. This is to allow your family to manage all skaters in a single place. The main account holder must be 13 or over.

All details entered for the user must be accurate and true. We will use the legal name of the user to resolve any issues, and may ask for ID, particularly when picking up products. If you fail the ID check, the sale may be void and any non-refundable deposit kept by TheRink. If you change your legal name shown on your ID, you must inform us as soon as practical providing proof of the change of legal name. However, you may change the name you'd like to be addressed as at any time through your account.

The web site is provided to provide you, the user, with specific functionality and information.

• You must not seek to gain access to another user's account
• You must not seek to gain access to functionality or information you are not permitted to view, such as details on other users of this system
• You must not try to circumvent security measures in place
• You must not seek out or exploit vulnerabilities - please inform us if you know of such vulnerabilities
• You must not use the functionality in a way that wasn't intended, such as attempting to use the system to send spam or nuscence communications to another user
• All activity on this site is logged (see the data and privacy page) so that we may gather evidence of wrong doing to pass to appropriate authorities

We operate a policy of safeguarding individuals, no matter what their background, culture, identity, nationality or views. Since this service allows uploading of information or setting text visible to other users, you agree:

• Not to upload anything, or set text that is hateful, intimidating, demeaning or threatening.
• Not to harass, bully, threat, send unsolicited advances either sexual or otherwise, discredit or humiliate
• Not to use language that could be intepretted as hate speech or offensive to any person who may encouter it
• Not to impresonate another person
• Not to provide false information about yourself
• Not to claim to be part of an entity or organization without their express permission to do so
